CFTools is licensed per seat: each license key is locked to the computer (hardware ID) it is first used on and can only be used on that device at a time. Sharing your license key with third parties or attempting to use it on multiple devices at once is a breach of the agreement.
The application can keep working without an internet connection for up to 72 hours after the last successful verification. After that, it must connect to the server again to re-verify its validity.
CFTools is a supporting analysis tool for engineering decision-making. It is the user's responsibility to have the generated results reviewed by a qualified engineer before they are used in final engineering decisions.
